The HIIT Workout Interval Tracker is a mobile application that allows the user to create separate workouts with each workout having user-specified durations. The app keeps track of the sets, time, and intervals so the focus is on training, not how to manage training. There are many Every Minute on the Minute training applications but this one allows for a specific rest time that is separate from the training time. A set of squats can take much longer than a set of triceps extensions. The HIIT App will keep the duration of the rest time the same regardless of the length of the activity. Also, the workouts can be saved and reused for future workouts.
